1.Tournament participation + party + hotel + strawberry picking tour(2 nights and 3 days or 3 nights and 4 days)
This tour is a comprehensive package that includes participation in the tournament, accommodation, parties, and sightseeing.
Those on the 3-night, 4-day plan will arrive in Itoshima on January 15th (Thursday) and stay at the Glocal Hotel Itoshima the night before.
January 16th (Friday) is the first day of the tournament. Matches will begin around 9:00 AM and end around 6:00 PM at the Itoshima City Sports Park Arena. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the match venue, and a shuttle bus will be available to take you back to the hotel after the matches. Accommodation is at the Glocal Hotel Itoshima.
January 17th (Saturday) is the second day of the tournament. A shuttle bus will take you from the hotel to the venue, with matches starting at 9:00 AM and ending around 3:00 PM. Afterwards, an awards ceremony and social party will be held from around 5:00 PM. Transportation back to the hotel is provided after the matches and party.
The final day, January 18th (Sunday), is an activity day with sightseeing.
Departing from the hotel at 10:00 AM, you will enjoy a tour of Hamachi Brewery, a 40-minute strawberry picking experience, and a stroll through the Keya Totoro Forest, followed by lunch of "Keya Taicha" (sea bream rice). After lunch, you will head to Chikuzen-Maebaru Station, arriving and disbanding around 2:00 PM.
Accommodation is at the Glocal Hotel Itoshima for all nights. This tour allows you to fully enjoy both the matches and sightseeing.
2.Tournament participation + party + hotel + oyster hut tour(2 nights and 3 days or 3 nights and 4 days)
This special plan includes tournament participation and accommodation, an awards ceremony and social party, plus a sightseeing tour of Itoshima and a chance to enjoy local gourmet food on the final day. Accommodation is at the "Glocal Hotel Itoshima," and includes a shuttle bus to and from the competition venue. Those on the 3-night, 4-day plan will have an extra night's stay on January 15th (Thursday).
The final day, January 18th (Sunday), is an activity day with sightseeing.
Departing from the hotel at 10:00 AM, you will enjoy a visit to Hamachi Brewery, a visit to Futamigaura, and a stroll through the Keya Totoro Forest, followed by lunch at "Funakoshi Oyster Hut." The lunch includes 500g of aquamarine oysters, shrimp, hard clams, dried squid, and oyster rice balls – a feast of Itoshima's seafood. After lunch, you will head to Chikuzen-Maebaru Station, arriving and disbanding around 2:00 PM.
This tour offers everything – competition, accommodation, party, and sightseeing – allowing you to fully enjoy all that Itoshima has to offer.
Accommodation plan for January 15th (pre-night stay)
This is a pre-event accommodation plan that allows you to relax in Itoshima the day before participating in a competition or tour.
You will travel from your home or other locations to Itoshima City and stay at the "Glocal Hotel Itoshima".
The plan includes breakfast, and the following morning, after breakfast at the hotel, you will travel to the competition venue or your next accommodation on your own.
Transportation is your responsibility and at your own expense, but arriving the day before allows you to approach the day of the competition or tour in a relaxed state.
